JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Dec. 19, 2006) -- After taking 10 days off to hit the books and finish up with final exams, the ETSU men's basketball team returns to action Tuesday night inside Memorial Center against Big South Conference foe UNC Asheville. Tip is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the game will be availalbe on both audio and video streaming at ETSUBucs.com.

The Bucs (6-5) are winners of four of their last five games and will play two games in the next three days, with another Big South team Radford invading the Dome on Thursday night at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs (4-6) are coming off a tough 93-62 loss to No. 2-ranked North Carolina just three days ago.

This will be the first meeting between the Bulldogs and Bucs since 2003-04, when ETSU went to Asheville and enjoyed a 78-58 win. In the all-time series, the Bucs lead 12-6 and have won three in a row. ETSU will also be trying to extend its non-conference home winning streak to 10, having not lost a game inside Memorial Center since December of 2004.
