"We knew that Upstate had already won the conference and we wanted to use today and our match tomorrow as practice as getting ready for next week's tournament. We were really glad it was hot to give us that opportunity to play in that circumstance. We had a lot of tough matches but now we have some time to recover. We had our chances which was good and we played good up at the top. Yevgeniya still can't move but she almost won. Hopefully in another week she'll be able to move. She's got seven days to get this thing better. Even though Vita lost it was good to see her fight like she used and so hopefully she can fight and continue to build on that. I'm very excited for Olya to have gone undefeated in a league that has gotten much tougher over the last two years," said head coach Steve Brooks.

The Lady Bucs will hit the road to face Winthrop tomorrow in Rock Hill, S.C. The match is set to begin at 1 p.m. Follow all ETSU women's tennis action at www.ETSUBucs.com.
