(September 5, 2008) -Senior men's tennis player Enrique Olivares (Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela) earned the highest preseason ranking of any men's singles player in the Atlantic Sun Conference, by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), Friday.

The reining A-Sun Player of the Year starts the preseason ranked No. 31st among all Division I men's tennis players. The 2007 A-Sun tournament MVP is the only conference member ranked in the top-125, after finishing as an All-American last season. Olivares looks to build on an outstanding junior campaign that saw the Venezuela native post a 27-8 record.
