SPARTANBURG, S.C. (Nov. 10, 2008) - The ETSU volleyball team is set to head to Spartanburg, S.C to take on conference opponent USC Upstate at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the G.B. Hodge Center.

The Bucs (9-19, 5-13 A-Sun) come into the match having dropped their last two matches to Lipscomb and Belmont after sweeping Radford earlier in the week. ETSU can clinch the fifth seed in the Atlantic Sun conference tournament by defeating both the Spartans and Campbell. The Bucs dropped their first meeting against USC Upstate, 3-2, but own a 4-2 advantage in the all-time series.

The Spartans (7-20, 5-13 A-Sun) have dropped their last five matches losing to Florida Gulf Coast, North Florida, Jacksonville, Lipscomb and Belmont.
