JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 25, 2009) - The ETSU women's basketball team closes out its season-long four-game homestand on Monday afternoon when the Lady Bucs host USC Upstate in Atlantic Sun Conference action. Tip is slated for 4 p.m. inside Memorial Center.

During this homestand, the Lady Bucs are outscoring their opponents - 75.3 to 53.0 - and forcing the opposition into 25.3 turnovers per contest.

The Lady Bucs' 30-point win over Campbell on Thursday marked ETSU's largest margin of victory on the season. Juniors TaRonda Wiles (Danville, Va.) and Siarre Evans (Griffin, Ga.) provided the scoring, while Latisha Belcher (Martinsville, Va.) and Shannon White (Kansas City, Kan.) cleaned up on the glass. Wiles finished 13-of-23 from the field and netted a game-high 30 points, while Evans tallied 20 points in 22 minutes of work. Meanwhile, Belcher and White battled down low to collect 10 rebounds apiece.

ETSU has won its last eight conference games and 11 straight against A-Sun foes inside Memorial Center.

USC Upstate (9-8, 4-5) is coming off a 69-61 win over Campbell on Saturday night in Spartanburg, S.C. Sophomore forward Chelsea McMillian posted a double-double in the win, finishing with 16 points and 10 rebounds. McMillian also leads the team in both scoring (12.2) and rebounding (6.7).
