JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 14, 2008) - The ETSU baseball team displayed their talents in front of over 20 scouts from several major league organizations at the team's annual Scout Day, Monday afternoon at Cardinal Park in Johnson City, Tenn.

The Bucs showcased their baseball skills in several drills. First, each Buccaneer player ran a 60-yard dash for the scouts in attendance. Next, outfielders threw from right field to third base and to home and infielders took pre-game infield practice. In the end, when all ETSU hitters finished with batting practice, the scouts were able to catch a sneak peak, as the Bucs concluded the day with an inter-squad scrimmage.
