JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 29, 2010) - The ETSU baseball team held its first full-squad practice Friday in the MHSA Athletic Center, as the Buccaneers look forward to the 2010 season opener.

The '10 season begins on Feb. 19 as the Bucs will face The Citadel in the The Citadel Memorial Challenge at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park in Charleston, S.C. The team has been engaged in individual workouts, lifting and conditioning drills for the past two weeks.

ETSU returns 12 guys that made significant contributions from last season, including Louisville Slugger Pre-season All-Americans Paul Hoilman (Johnson City, Tenn.) and Bo Reeder (Cookeville. Tenn.). The Bucs have also brought in some talented young players like Ben Booker (Knoxville, Tenn.) and Kerry Doane (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.).
