Bucs to face Highlanders in doubleheader

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 21, 2011)
- The ETSU baseball team is set to host Radford in a doubleheader at Cardinal Park at 4:05 p.m. Tuesday as the Bucs look to bounce back from a series loss to Jacksonville this past weekend.
 
The Buccaneers (12-4, 5-2 A-Sun) have won three out of its last five contests and are 7-2 in non-conference games on the year. Junior John Long (Anderson, S.C.) is currently second in the Atlantic Sun hitting .328, while Dylan Pratt (Johnson City, Tenn.) is third in home runs (6) and RBI (27).
 
Closer Bo Reeder currently leads the nation with nine saves as he is only two back of the ETSU single season record.
 
ETSU is 18-13 all-time against the Highlanders after splitter a pair of contests in 2010. The Buccaneers are 5-1 against Radford at Cardinal Park under head coach Tony Skole.
 
Radford (12-6) comes into the doubleheader having won six straight after sweeping Hartford and Cornell in back-to-back weekends. The Highlanders are led by Cory Turner as he is hitting .410 with six doubles and 15 RBI.
