JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 29, 2012) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is asking all members of the ETSU community to participate in College Colors Day on Friday, August 31, inside the ETSU/MSHA Athletic Center.

The event is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., where fans will be asked to celebrate their college spirit by wearing school colors and enjoying a luncheon. Free food will be provided by Mellow Mushroom for students and staff wearing ETSU gear, with music and giveaways also a part of the day’s schedule.

ETSU fans are encouraged to like the College Colors Day Facebook page at Facebook.com/CollegeColorsDay. The site allows fans to upload pictures of their ETSU spirit all month long, with a chance to win prizes from ESPN. The ETSU faithful can also pledge their allegiance to the Buccaneers and see how they stack up against schools from all across the country by visiting ESPN.com/CollegeColorsDay.
