Sunday’s Buccaneer Challenge games cancelled

Sunday, March 03, 2013 ETSU and Bowling Green to play doubleheader Monday JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 3, 2013) – The inclement winter weather through Saturday night and into Sunday morning has cancelled all softball games scheduled for Sunday in the Holiday Inn Buccaneer Challenge. ETSU (6-6) will now play a doubleheader against Bowling Green on Monday. Game times are scheduled for 2 and 4 p.m., from Betty Basler Field. Morehead State is unable to stay in Johnson City for Monday and will head back to Morehead, Ky. The tournament was scheduled to open with three games Saturday and close with three games Sunday, but Mother Nature forced all six original games to be cancelled.
