JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 5, 2015) – After picking up wins against the ACC and BIG EAST the last two weekends, the ETSU baseball team looks to add to the list this weekend as the Bucs host Big 12 contender West Virginia in a three-game set at Thomas Stadium.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (March 4, 2015) – For the second time in as many weeks, the ETSU baseball team fell to UNC Asheville as the Bulldogs scored five runs in the first two innings and defeated the Bucs, 8-6, on Wednesday afternoon at Greenwood Field.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (March 3, 2015) – Freshman right-hander Ryan Simpler (Lewes, Del.) tossed five scoreless innings in his first collegiate start and the Buccaneers scored six runs in the first two frames as head coach Tony Skole earned his 400th win at ETSU following a 9-1 victory over Radford.

(March 1, 2015) – Freshman Kain Hewitt (Gainesville, Ga.) tossed five scoreless innings out the bullpen and junior Trey York (Knoxville, Tenn.) belted a three-run home run in the seventh, which ignited ETSU’s late rally as the Buccaneers scored 12 unanswered runs en route to claiming the series with a 12-6 win over Butler on Sunday afternoon at Thomas Stadium.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Feb. 27, 2015) – The ETSU baseball team returns home to open a three-game series with BIG EAST foe Butler beginning Saturday afternoon at Thomas Stadium. First pitch of Saturday’s doubleheader is set for 1:05 p.m., while Sunday’s finale is also slated for 1:05 p.m.
