JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 27, 2014) – Fresh off a pair of victories during the opening week of regular season play, the ETSU women's soccer team is set to embark on its longest home stand of the season, beginning with Appalachian State Thursday, Aug. 28 at 7:00 p.m.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 27, 2014) – ETSU Women's Soccer's match versus Alabama A&M has been rescheduled to Thursday, Sept. 4 at 7:00 p.m. The match will be the final contest of a four-match home stand which begins Thursday, Aug. 28 against Appalachian State.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – ETSU forward Simona Koren has been named the Southern Conference women’s soccer player of the week for all competition from Aug. 22-24 after leading the Bucs to a 2-0 start to the season over the weekend. The selection is made by the league office.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (August 24, 2014) – Sophomore forward Simona Koren (Graz, Austria) was one of four ETSU players to find the back of the net Sunday afternoon as the Bucs cruised past Tennessee Tech, 5-1. Koren, who scored twice in the win, has recorded three goals in the Bucs' first two matches.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (August 22, 2014) – The ETSU women's soccer team staved off a second-half Radford rally to earn a season-opening, 3-2 victory Friday night in front of a home crowd of nearly 800.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (August 21, 2014) – The ETSU women’s soccer team will begin regular season play Friday, Aug. 22 as the Buccaneers host reigning Big South regular-season champion Radford at 7:00 p.m., inside Summers-Taylor Stadium.

(August 14, 2014) – Although it has been nearly a decade since ETSU has competed in the Southern Conference, coaches across the league gave the Buccaneers a vote of confidence Thursday, selecting Sarah Zadrazil (St. Gilgen, Austria) and Hannah Short (Bristol, England) to the preseason all-conference team.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (July 26, 2014) – Incoming ETSU women’s soccer player Garazi Murua-Astorquiza (Getxo, Spain) and the Spanish U-19 team knocked off host Norway, 2-0, Thursday, July 24 to advance to the final of the UEFA Women’s Under 19 Championship.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (July 1, 2014) – The Buccaneers are back home. After spending the past nine seasons as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics officially rejoined the Southern Conference at the stroke of midnight on Monday evening.
