(April 16, 2011) - This eight-game road swing was a bit of a rough one for the Buccaneer softball team to endure as ETSU lost seven times on the turbulent trip, including a pair of setbacks on Saturday afternoon at Kennesaw State. The Owls swept the Blue and Gold 8-0 in six innings and rallied for 7-6 win in game two from Bailey Park.

(March 25, 2011) - Lipscomb's Whitney Kihhnl tossed a one-hit shutout and three Bison players belted home runs as the reigning Atlantic Sun regular season and tournament champions cruised to a 9-0 five-inning win over ETSU in game one of the conference opener Friday evening from Betty Basler Field. In game two, Lipscomb capped off the sweep by scoring three runs in the second and added four more in the fourth to break away for a 9-2 victory.

(Feb. 27, 2011) - Trailing by eight runs and down to their final out in the fifth inning, junior Amy Campbell (Chattanooga, Tenn.) and freshman Katie Wolff (LaGrange, Texas) gave the Bucs life by blasting back-to-back home runs. Campbell cut ETSU's deficit in half with her first career grand slam, while Wolff followed with a solo shot for her first collegiate homer.

(Feb. 26, 2011) - Freshman Jackie Baird (Ooltewah, Tenn.) capped off a three-run bottom of the seventh rally by recording a two-out walk-off RBI single to lift the Bucs past Tennessee-Martin, 5-4, at the Frost Classic in Chattanooga, Tenn.
