2003 Season: Played in 40 games last season, starting 34 including the final three game of the SoCon tournament … defensively, Chance helped anchor the middle infield and turned eight double plays in addition to 58 assists and 73 putouts, all career highs … received special recognition by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), given to student-athletes with over a 3.5 grade point average ... 2002 Season: Chance played in 41 games, starting 26 … had a .253 batting average with 19 hits in 75 at bats … led the team with a .364 on-base percentage … scored seven runs, hit four doubles, one triple and drove in nine runs … walked 11 times and was hit by pitches two times ... 2001 Season: Chance was one of three ETSU players to see action in all 49 games in 2001 ... led the team in home runs with two ... finished second on the team in RBIs (13) and walks (13) ... hit two home runs in her first tournament as a collegiate player at Houston ...
