2007: Started all 55 games for the Bucs, hitting .246 (33-134) … scored 19 runs with seven doubles, two triples, and a home run while driving in 18 … was the team Academic MVP … named to the Buc 4.0 club … received A-Sun All-Academic Honors.

2006: Started all 58 games for the Bucs and posted a .292 batting average (49-168) … named Academic MVP and Offensive Player of the Year ... her batting averaging was the second highest on the team, along with her 49 hits, 35 runs scored, 16 walks and .353 on-base percentage … stole a Buc-best 14 bases (15 total attempts).

2005: Became a mainstay in right field for the Bucs, playing in 56 games, starting 55 … batted .223, the best of any rookie on the team last season … recorded 33 hits in 148 at-bats, tallying two doubles and eight RBIs … stole 10 bases, the fourth-best on the team.

High School: Knight will bring solid experience and strong work ethic to the ETSU softball squad … was a national nominee for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award in 2003 at Mountlake Terrace High School, earning varsity letters in both softball and soccer … named 2004 Female Athlete of the Year at MTHS ... Knight was honored with first-team All-Wesco accolades from 2002-04, and recorded the most runs in school history in 2003 … also competed for the Eastside Elite traveling team, playing primarily second base in both high school and travel competition … finished with a .359 batting average in 65 games for Eastside Elite ... played for Lake Breeze travel team her senior year.

Personal: Majoring in Fine Arts with a minor in art history ... daughter of Eric and Lori Knight ... born June 30, 1986.
