2017 Season (Senior): Earned SoCon Commissioner’s Medal and named to SoCon Honor Roll … Played in 54 of the 55 games, making 53 starts … Totaled 33 hits – six doubles, one home run, 16 RBI and 22 runs scored … Posted six multi-hit and four multi-RBI games … Hit safely in four straight games from May 6-10 where she went 7-for-13 with three RBI … Recorded her second collegiate home run in the win over NC Central on Feb. 26, while collected her 100th career hit against Western Carolina on May 10.

2016 Season (Junior): Started all 13 games she appeared in as a junior...Collected eight hits in 32 at bats...Went 2-for-3 with three RBI in victory at Tennessee State Feb. 20...Notched another two-hit game to go along with two runs scored March 5 vs. Siena...A member of the SoCon Honor Roll.

2015 Season (Sophomore): Named to the College Sports Madness Preseason All-SoCon Second Team before the season began...Hit .233 in 42 games for the Bucs in 2015...Scored 15 runs and drove in eight more... Collected 24 base hits, six of which were doubles...Recorded a .988 fielding percentage with just two errors...Received Spring Academic and SoCon Academic Honor roll honors.

2014 Season (Freshman): Finished among the team's top five for nearly every offensive category, including batting average (.252), slugging percentage (.340), runs scored (23), hits (37), RBI (16), doubles (10)... Her 10 doubles were second only to senior Katie Wolff's 12... Started 34 games at SS and 14 games at 2B... Was a part of turning a team-best 10 double plays... Had eight multi-hit games and five multi-RBI games.

Prior to ETSU:  Was a decorated athlete in both volleyball and softball at Ooltewah High School...Earned seven letters (3 in volleyball, 4 in softball) while in high school...Named to All-District teams in both volleyball and softball...Named District Tournament MVP in volleyball...Received All-Regional honors in both sports and was a member of the All-State team in volleyball...Participated in the Tennessee/Georgia All-Star game in both sports.

Personal:  Born Oct 28, 1994... daughter of Ken and Gayle Chernak... Majoring in Marketing at ETSU.
