Printing issues delay mailing for a week
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 13, 2009) – Due to a delay in the printing process, ETSU basketball season ticket booklets will not be mailed out this week as planned.
The booklets are now scheduled to arrive from the printing company the week of Bluenanza, which will be held on Oct. 22. In an effort to better serve our fans, all season ticket holders may pick up their season tickets in person at the ticket office table on the arena floor during Bluenanza. Photo ID will be required to pick up tickets.
All season tickets not picked up during Bluenanza will be mailed the following morning, October 23rd.
If for any reason there is another delay from the printing company, tickets for the first two games will be printed in-house and mailed directly to season ticket holders. We apologize for any inconvenience to our fans. Any questions or concerns regarding season tickets may be directed to the ETSU Athletics Ticket Office at 423-439-3878.
