High school: Originally from Lithuania, but played at Ridgewood High School in Port Richey, Fla., the same school that produced former ETSU standout Andrew Reed … Poderis guided his high school to four straight 20-wins seasons, and as a junior he averaged 18.3 points and 10.0 rebounds per game, while shooting 67 percent from the field and 44 percent from 3-point range … averaged 19 points and 10 boards a game as a senior … scored over 1,500 points during his prep career, finishing as the school’s second leading scorer all-time … was the Sunshine Athletic Conference Player of the Year his final two seasons, and a second team All-State pick as a senior.
