Prior to ETSU: A right-handed pitcher from Chattanooga State, helped guide the Tigers to their first-ever #1 ranking in the NJCAA Poll, a FCCJ Tournament title, and a 60-win campaign in 2009 … posted a perfect season in the circle – going 13-0 with a 1.32 ERA (20 ER/105.2 IP) … made 30 appearances (19 starts), while tossing five shutouts and picking up two saves … the TJCAA All-Academic selection also helped Chattanooga State at the plate, where she hit a blistering .456 (31-for-68) with 11 runs scored and 13 stolen bases (14 attempts) … recorded 10 multi-hit games – including a season-high 3-for-4 effort against Florence on March 13. As a freshman, Duncan was 4-1 with a 1.00 ERA (4 ER/28.0 IP) … was a four-year letterwinner at Ooltewah High School … named Rookie of the Year in 2003 and received Honorable Mention accolades in 2004 … voted second team all-state in 2007.
