FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I qualify for season tickets?

To purchase season tickets for any ETSU sport, one must be a member of BASA at a minimum $100 level. Priority for any seating upgrades and re-seating for any new venues is determined by the BASA Priority Points System. Season ticket renewal forms are mailed out each August. Your BASA membership must be renewed before your season tickets will be mailed to you.

How do I qualify for parking privileges?

BASA Members giving at the $250 level and above qualify for reserved parking at Men's Basketball games. Members at or above the $10,000 level receive "front row" parking at basketball games.

Can I get the same season tickets I had last season?

Everyone is automatically re-assigned their same seats as we roll over our database from season to season. You will have first chance to purchase those seats again for the upcoming season. As long as you continue your membership in BASA and renew your tickets before the priority deadline, you are guaranteed your same seats. ETSU Athletics will never move your season tickets unless a request to change seats is given or construction causes those seats to no longer exist.

How and when are my tickets shipped?

Season tickets are sent at least two weeks before the first game of the season using the U.S. Postal Service. Single-game tickets purchased prior to an event will be held at Will Call to be picked up on game day, with the exception of those tickets printed at home.

How can I get away-game and post-season tickets?

Unless specified as part of a travel package, tickets for road basketball games are typically not available through the ETSU Athletics Ticket Office. Please contact the ticket office at the opposing institution to purchase those tickets. A very limited number of tickets for post-season events are available through the ticket office for a limited time. Priority for post-season tickets is determined using BASA points. Specific information regarding post-season tickets and events is always posted on ETSUBucs.com
