Nikki Dailey will enter her fourth season at ETSU after spending the first two seasons as a graduate assistant.
Dailey, a native of Franklin, Wis., wrapped up a successful four-year playing career at the University of Iowa in 2013. For her career, Dailey played in 125 career matches, making 105 starts before graduating with a degree in health sciences and communications studies in the spring of 2014.
