KENNESAW, Ga. (Nov. 23, 2013) – ETSU senior outside hitter Megan Devine (Kingsport, Tenn.) was named to the Atlantic Sun All-Tournament Team following the conference championship on Saturday evening inside Kennesaw State’s Convocation Center.
Devine earned her fourth straight all-tournament team honor after registering a double-double in Friday’s five-set loss to Lipscomb in the semifinals. The Kingsport, Tenn. native finished with 15 kills and 13 digs, marking her 13th straight double-double and 74th of her career.
Joining Devine on the all-tournament team were Jacksonville’s Kylie Jacob and Sammie Strausbaugh, Lipscomb’s Lauren Ford and Jewell Dobson and Florida Gulf Coast’s Kaitlin Holm. Jacksonville’s Kendall Courtney was named A-Sun Tournament MVP after guiding the Dolphins to a five-set win over Lipscomb in Saturday’s championship.
