2003 Season: During freshman campaign led team in kills (290) and attempts (766) en route to a 3.02 kills per game average posting a .219 average for the year… tallied 21.0 total blocks including five block solos and 16 assist blocks… led team in kills with 23 versus Furman Oct. 15, 2003 and again with 18 versus Davidson Nov. 7th, 2003… managed double-digit tallies in kills 14 times, six of those times with 15 kills or more Prep: Sherich lettered in volleyball and track at Ogallala High School ... she was an All-Southwest Conference first team selection here senior season, under head coach Steve Morgan ... Sherich also garnered first-team recognition from the North Platte Telegraph and was named first-team all-area in Keith County ... Sherich earned honorable mention from both the Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star. Personal: Sherich was born on Feb. 21, 1985 and is the daughter of Kelly and Cheryl Sherich ... planning to major in counseling.
