JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 20, 2009) - East Tennessee State University head women's basketball coach Karen Kemp and her staff inked two more student-athletes for the 2009-10 season, as they announced Johneshia Good (Johnson City) and Iesha Robinson (Martinsburg, W. Va.) have signed their National Letter of Intent to play for the Lady Bucs.
"I am really pleased to have both Iesha and Johneshia join our Lady Buccaneer family," added Kemp. "They will both be huge assets to our team both on and off the court and will give us added depth at the guard slot."

"When I took over the program 15 years ago, I said if there were Division I players, we were going to convince them to stay close to home and play for the Lady Bucs," added Kemp, who signed a top player out of the Big Nine Conference for the second straight season. "Johneshia is very talented both on and off the court and she is the type of player who will push her teammates every day to make them better."
Robinson, a 5-9 guard from Martinsburg High, averaged 19.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.5 steals per game last season for the Bulldogs. The versatile guard helped guide Martinsburg to both regional and sectional titles as a senior and was named Player of the Year by The Journal. Robinson will also look to give the Lady Bucs a threat from beyond the arc, as she hit 20 treys last season and also hit 40 percent from field.
"Iesha is very athletic and a great scorer," Kemp said. "Like Johneshia, she will give us added depth with our guard play and we expect her to step in and contribute right away."
"Both Iesha and Johneshia bring in a positive winning attitude. I feel like both players fit in with what we are building here and will help us win championships."
