SoCon cancels remainder of spring competition

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (March 17, 2020) -- By unanimous votes of the league’s Council of Presidents and directors of athletics, the Southern Conference is canceling all athletics-related activities for the remainder of the 2019-20 academic year, including competition, championships, organized practices and meetings, due to the ongoing threat of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, Commissioner Jim Schaus announced Tuesday.

(March 3, 2020) -- The Southern Conference office announced Tuesday that ETSU Women’s Basketball guard Micah Scheetz (Knoxville, Tenn.) has been named to the media’s All-Southern Conference second team while center Tijuana Kimbro (Memphis, Tenn.) has been named to the All-Southern Conference defensive team.

(Feb. 29, 2020) – In a rematch from the second-longest game in Buccaneer history that spanned three overtimes, the ETSU Women’s Basketball Team were unable to exact revenge against their in-state rivals, falling to Chattanooga on Saturday afternoon in a 69-65 contest at the McKenzie Arena.


Bucs Renew Rivalry in Regular Season Finale at The Roundhouse
