 Men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader to be played inside Brooks Gym

 JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Dec. 14, 2012) – Due to the ongoing renovations to the lighting system for basketball inside the ETSU/MSHA Athletic Center, the ETSU men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader scheduled for Dec. 18^th will be played inside historic Brooks Gym.

The Lady Bucs will take on Appalachian State at 4:45 p.m. that day, while the ETSU men will take on Charleston Southern at 7 p.m.

Because of the venue change, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the following changes to regular game day planning:

• All seats for both games will be general admission. Season ticket holders will simply present their ticket for entry at the gate, while tickets will also be available for purchase at the outdoor ticket booths located on the west side of the ETSU/MSHA Athletic Center.
• The Buccaneer Athletic Scholarship Association will once again be providing hospitality for members. A large, heated tent will be positioned in front of Brooks Gym and will be providing free food and beverages for the first 750 BASA members. BASA members simply need to present their membership card for entry into the tent. In addition, Courtside Club members will also have a special hospitality area located inside Brooks Gym.
• Parking will remain unchanged, and BASA members are encouraged to utilize their color-coded parking passes.

BASA members are asked to arrive early to take part in the pregame hospitality, and all fans should be there well before tip to get the best seat possible for the game. For more information, contact the ETSU ticket office at 423-439-3878.
