Happy Thanksgiving!

ESTERO, Fla. (Nov. 23, 2017) – As the ETSU basketball team spends time in Estero, Fla. for Thanksgiving, each player shared what they are thankful for. As a team, the Bucs ware thankful for this opportunity to spend the holiday together and play the sport they all love.

#2 Micah Scheetz: “I’m thankful for my family!”

#4 Carley Lytton: “I’m thankful for my family and friends.”

#5 Raven Dean: “I’m thankful for my support system and opportunities.”

#10 Jada Craig: “I’m grateful for my family, friends, and the opportunities basketball has given me.”

#15 Tianna Tarter: “I’m thankful for my family, God, my teammates and coaches and the people that support me in Johnson City.”

#20 Erica Haynes-Overton: “I’m thankful for my family and friends. I’m thankful for the opportunity to play basketball for another four years and I’m thankful for the life Jesus Christ gave me!”

#22 Malloree Schurr: “I’m thankful for the opportunity to continue my education and playing two sports at ETSU and for being blessed with a great family and friends.”

#23 Britney Snowden: “I’m thankful for my family and supporters and also the opportunity this program has given me.”

#24 Anajae Stephney: “I’m thankful for God, family, and the bond I have with my teammates.”

#25 Alayjah Sherer: “I am thankful for my family and friends for all their support and love. I am thankful for Coach Ezell and her staff who work tirelessly and go above and beyond for us every day.

#30 Sadasia Tipps: “I am thankful for a strong loving bond between my coaches and teammates because it is my family away from my real family.”

#44 Shy Copney: “I’m thankful for my family and this team!”

The Bucs have their first game tomorrow (Nov. 24) against No. 6 Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m.
