Scouting the Buccaneers

ETSU comes into Friday’s game at 9-8 overall and 2-0 in the conference. The Bucs snapped a four-game losing streak to now go on a three-game winning streak, including two big conference wins. Tianna Tarter (Johnson City, Tenn.) and Erica-Haynes Overton (Nashville, Tenn.) continue to be a threat for the Bucs. In ETSU’s last game, Copney was just one three-pointer away from tying her season-high of five three-pointers in a single game. Tarter continues to break ETSU career records as Haynes-Overton has been setting new personal bests. Malloree Schurr (Montgomery, Texas) and Sadasia Tipps (Hickory, N.C.) have been active rebounders. Alayjah Sherer (Tupelo, Miss.) and Anajae Stephney (Knoxville, Tenn.) have been solid putting up points off the bench.
