ETSU Women's Golf Finishes 31st in Final Day of Unlimited Potential/Bay Tree Classic

Myrtle Beach, S.C. (September 8, 2002) - The East Tennessee State University women's golf team finished up the final day of the Unlimited Potential/ Bay Tree Classic in 31st place. The Buccaneers were led by Robin McCarley who shot a team low 82 followed by Danielle O'Reilly (Whistler, British Columbia) and Laura Diaz (Aguadilla, Puerto Rico), who both shot an 84 for their rounds. Kristen Fletcher (Cookeville, Tenn.) shot an 86, while Kailey Brooks (Bracebridge, Ontario) finished the day with a 90. The Buccaneers finished ahead of two other Southern Conference schools, Appalachian State and The Citadel. ETSU's next tournament begins September 23 at the Cougar Fall Invitational in Charleston, S.C.
