Women's Golf Competes At Lady Panther Classic
Monday, November 01, 1999 LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. - The East Tennessee State University women's golf team is in third place after two rounds at the John Kirk/Lady Panther Classic in Lawrenceville, Ga. The Bucs shot a two-round 638 (319-319) and trail host Georgia State by 17 strokes. The event is taking place on the Northwood Country Club golf course which is a par-72 that measures 5,950 yards. ETSU's top players in the first two rounds were Catalina Zuluaga and Christina Dymling. Zuluaga is tied for fifth place with a two-round 156 (77-79), while Dymling is tied for 18th with a two-round 160 (82-78). Kent University's Jan Dowling leads the tournament with a two-round 151. The final round will be played on November 2. |
