ETSU women's golf improves during second round, currently ninth
Giraldo Sunday, February 25, 2007 DESTIN, Currently, the Bucs are being led by junior Natalia Giraldo (Cali, Colombia), who is currently 22nd after posting a 78 Sunday at the Baytowne Golf Course at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Giraldo is 12 strokes off the pace set by leader Caroline Westrup of "We improved over yesterday, but our spring is just off to a rough start right now," said ETSU head coach Stefanie Reynolds, whose team is coming off the most successful fall campaign in school history. "Especially in golf the hard days are the ones you learn from. Right now, our team is trying to learn from our mistakes."
