Fall 2005: Enjoyed two top 6 finishes in the fall, included a fall-best finish of third at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate ... finished with a team best stroke average of 76.8 ... her best single round of the fall came at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate with a 69.

2004-05 Season: Continued to build a reputation as one of the best female golfers to ever play at ETSU ... ended the year as a first-team All-SoCon selection, while also picking up SoCon Golfer of the Week honors once during the campaign ... her season stroke average of 76.08 led the team and set a new program record for juniors ... her season-best round of 71 at the UNCW Lady Seahawk Invitational also matched the school record for single-round score ... her best finish of the year came at the Jacksonville State Lady Gamecock Classic, where she ended the event tied for first place, but eventually lost the medalist honor in a playoff ... also finished tied for second at the Coca-Cola Terrier Intercollegiate ... her best three-round score of the year was a 223 at the Unlimited Potential Bay Tree Classic.

2003-04 Season: Made huge strides as a player, finishing first on the team with a stroke average of 78.9 ... posted a low score of 73 in the first round of the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate ... played in all 10 of the Lady Bucs' tournaments ... enjoyed three Top 10 finishes during the year, including a season-best, third-place showing at the Lady Terrier Invitational (82-74=156).

2002-03 Season: Despite being a freshman, finished first on the team with a 79.5 stroke average ... fired a season-low 73 in the second round of the Southern Conference Championships, improving on her previous low by five strokes ... put together her best tournament effort of the season at the SoCon Championships, finishing 12th after posting a score of 232 (80-73-79).

High School: Barton played two and a half seasons, lettering twice at Armwood High School in Seffner, Fla. ... she was a two-time all-Western Conference selection and had the lowest stroke average in Hillsborough County, Fla., in both of her seasons ... she was also named Armwood HS athlete-of-the-year.

Personal: Born on Oct. 24, 1983 ... Ashley is the daughter of William and Patricia Barton ... she is majoring in economics.
