"Our team did a great job today and came out with good intensity," commented head coach Heather Henson.
"The field conditions created battles on both sides of play," said Henson. "Our defense did a great job and put us into attacking positions. JoAnne Lott (Simpsonville, S.C.), one of our freshman backs, stepped up for us today by winning air balls and getting stuck in those battles. She did a great job of preventing forwards from getting in."
