WASHINGTON, D.C. (Sept. 14, 2014) - Playing in front of friends and family, just 20 miles from her hometown of Lorton, Va., senior defender Summer Peterson (Lorton, Va.) scored a 109th-minute golden goal to lift ETSU over Howard, 4-3, in double overtime.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Sept. 13, 2014) - The stage is set for an ETSU Soccer "SEC Weekend" at Summers-Taylor Stadium Sept. 20-21. The men's soccer team will host South Carolina Saturday, Sept. 20, while the women's team will host Tennessee Sunday, Sept. 21.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Sept. 12, 2014) - Despite an improved second-half showing, the ETSU women's soccer team could not overcome a two-goal halftime deficit, falling on the road to unbeaten George Washington, 3-1, in non-conference play. The setback was the Buccaneers' first loss of the 2014 campaign.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (Sept. 9, 2014) – For the second time in three weeks, ETSU forward Simona Koren has been named the Southern Conference women’s soccer player of the week, for all competition from Sept. 1-7. Koren recorded six goals and two assists in ETSU's two wins last week.

FLORENCE, S.C. (Sept. 7, 2014) - Thunder storms in Northeast South Carolina led to the cancellation of ETSU Women's Soccer's non-conference match versus Francis Marion Sunday afternoon. Prior to the match being stopped in the seventh minute, the Bucs were leading 2-0.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (July 1, 2014) – The Buccaneers are back home. After spending the past nine seasons as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics officially rejoined the Southern Conference at the stroke of midnight on Monday evening.
