A product of Middle Tennessee State University, Lamberth was a four-year letter winner for the Blue Raiders as a central midfielder, helping guide the 2010 squad to the program’s first ever Sun Belt Tournament Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. Lamberth completed her collegiate career in the Fall of 2011, guiding MTSU to a 7-3 mark in conference play.
In addition to playing at MTSU, Lamberth also coached the U-10, U-11, and U-12 Murfreesboro Strikers girls club teams. She holds a USSF National "C" license.
A native of Nashville, Tenn., Lamberth prepped at Goodpasture Christian School, where she holds eight school records. She also helped lead her club team, Brentwood Real Madrid, to eight Tennessee State Championships and was a member of Tennessee ODP for five years.
