2009: Saw action in all 18 of the Bucs’s matches including 17 starts ... was tied for third on the squad with two goals and five points ... had the game winner against Lipscomb on Oct. 4 ... had a goal and an assist against USC Upstate on Oct. 12 ... was second on the team with a .154 shot percentage .. earned Atlantic Sun All-Academic team and Dean’s List honors.

2008: Started 16 out of the Bucs’ 18 matches… was named to the A-Sun Second Team for second consecutive season… was third on the team with 1406 minutes of action… was second on the team with eight points, firing in three goals and two assists… now sits at eighth all-time for career points with 24… second on the team with two game-winning goals, shooting home winners against Jacksonville in overtime Sept. 26 and finding the back of the net twice in the Bucs’ 2-1 win over USC Upstate Oct. 7… was a member of the A-Sun All-Academic team and Dean’s List.

2007: Had one of the most impressive freshman campaigns in ETSU history… started and saw action in all 19 games… was tied for second in goals (6) and fourth on the team in points (16)… was named to the ETSU Invitational team after scoring the game-winning goal against Western Carolina, Sept. 14… also had the game-tying assist in the Bucs’ win against Tennessee Tech early that day… for her effort Brinkman was named A-Sun Player of the Week, for the week of Sept. 17… Brinkman earned her second A-Sun Player of the Week honor after dishing out an assist on the game-winning goal against league-leading Kennesaw State on October 21… was an A-Sun All-Academic team member.

Prior to ETSU: Four-year letterwinner at Palm Harbor under coach John Planamenta… led her team to the three FHSAA state tournaments including the 2006 FHSAA State Championship match … was named to the FHSAA All-State team in 2007… earned the school’s 2006 Wendy’s Heisman nominee… earned first-team all-county and all-district honors three consecutive seasons… led her club team to the 2004 Southern Regional Semifinals and the 2004 and 2005 FYSA State Championships… graduated in the top 15% of her class… was a member of the Dean’s List, Honor Roll, Health Occupation Students of America, National Honor Society and Students Against Drunk Driving.

Personal: Born on Aug. 10, 1989… majoring in criminal justice… daughter of Gregory and Beth Brinkman.
