ELON, N.C. (Sept. 12, 2019) – The ETSU women’s tennis team begins their 2019 fall campaign at the annual Elon Fall Tennis Invitational in Elon, N.C. this weekend. The tournament takes place starting tomorrow, Sept. 13 through Sunday, Sept. 15.
Ricard Rojas is set to begin his fourth season at the helm of the Bucs. Through his first three seasons, he holds an all-time 40-28 record.
The squad welcomes Maria Fernanda Carvajal as the lone freshman on the team. Returning for the Blue and Gold are Alejandra Morales (Santiago, Chile), Raquel Amaro (Caracas, Venezuela), Andrea Pascual-Larrinaga (Basauri, Spain), Laylo Bakhodirova (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and Yunuen Elizarraras (Cuernavaca, Mexico).
