BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (June 16, 2012) – Totaling a personal best 6,976 points in the decathlon on Saturday at the 2012 USA Jr. Outdoor Track and Field Championships, freshman K'Vonte Scott (Virginia Beach, Va.) took fifth place and earned USA Jr. All-American status at Indiana's Robert C. Haugh Track.

(May 12, 2012) – Freshman Katerina Vodova (Humpolec, Czech Republic) took first place in the women’s long jump at the Clemson Qualifier, while the ETSU men’s and women’s track and field teams posted three top 15 finishes at the Georgia Tech Invitational on Friday and Saturday to conclude the first two meets of a final three-meet weekend.

(Feb. 18, 2012) – The ETSU men’s track and field team erased a 26-point, day-one deficit to Kennesaw State and took a 10-point lead heading into the final two events on Saturday at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships, but could not hold on as KSU overtook the Bucs in the 5000m and finished third in the 4x400m relay to edge ETSU by five points, 177-172, and celebrate its third indoor title in five years.
