2011-12 (T&F): Competed and set personal bests in the triple jump (10.58m) and javelin throw (30.23m)... took to a track & field meet for the first time at ETSU during the outdoor season, marking 26.98m in the javelin throw at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 15-17)... took her first top 10 in the javelin at the Georgia Relays (March 23-24)... marked in the triple jump for the first time at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational at 10.56m to take 14th (March 30-31)... seventh in the javelin with her PR and eighth in the triple jump at the Tennessee Challenge (April 7)... competed in her first A-Sun Outdoor Championships, placing 10th in the triple jump and 12th in the javelin.

2010-11 (VB): A member of the ETSU volleyball team, Pate played in nine matches during the 2010 season... recorded three kills, two assists, two digs, two blocks, and one ace... recorded a kill and two blocks in a match against North Carolina Central (Sept. 24)... named to the Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team.

2009-10 (VB): A member of the ETSU volleyball team, Pate redshirted during the 2009 season...was a member of the Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team.

Prior to ETSU: A three-sport athlete from Hillsboro High School, Pate was a member of the 2009 All-District Tournament Team... an outstanding track and field athlete, breaking the school record in the triple jump in 2008, and placed at the TSSAA State Track and Field Championships.

Personal: Born on March 25, 1991... daughter of Russell and Donna Pate... plans on majoring in physical therapy.
