LUBBOCK, Texas. (April 13, 2021) — ETSU sophomore infielder, Ashton King (Knoxville, Tenn.) was named to the Brooks Wallace Award watch list, collegebaseballhall.org announced Tuesday afternoon.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. (April 13, 2021) — After leading the team in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, RBI, doubles, triples and home runs throughout the first half of the season, ETSU outfielder, Ethan Cady (Soddy Daisy, Tenn.) was named a Midseason Collegiate All-American by Perfect Game last week.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. (April 11, 2021) — The ETSU Baseball Team and the Wofford Terriers put together 49 hits and 31 runs in Sunday’s doubleheader at Thomas Stadium. The Bucs took game one 7-4 before falling in game two 11-9. The Blue and Gold hit eight home runs in the two games including going back-to-back three times.
JOHNSON CITY, TENN. (April 10, 2021) — In a game where nine innings wasn’t enough, it was errors in the 10th inning that made the difference between the ETSU Baseball Team and the Wofford Terriers at Thomas Stadium. With the game locked at two, the Terriers plated a run on four errors in the top of the 10th to take a 3-2 lead on Saturday afternoon. After setting down the Bucs in order, the Terriers defeated ETSU, 3-2.
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 9, 2021) — For the first time in three weeks, the ETSU Baseball team will face a Southern Conference opponent at Thomas Stadium.
