Hill Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District 3 First Team

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 18, 2020) – ETSU baseball senior, Noah Hill (Ringgold, Ga.), was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 3 First Team, the College Sports Information Directors of America announced Thursday afternoon.

Hill is a physical education major and held a 3.77 cumulative GPA. In 2019 he was named to the Southern Conference honor roll and in 2018 was an Academic All-American.

The Ringgold, Ga. native held a .288 career batting average at ETSU with 65 hits and 40 runs scored. The senior was a perfect 6-for-6 in stolen base attempts and drove in 33 runs in his two-year ETSU career.

In 2020, Hill reached base safely in all 15 games. He ended the season on a six-game hit streak and held a .311 batting average with nine extra-base hits and seven RBI.

Honorees selected first-team Academic All-District will advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot. Academic All-America honorees will be announced from June 8-11.
