2005 Season: Josiah played in 38 games last season, starting 29 ... He started 15 games in left field, 10 at designated hitter, two at second base and two at shortstop ... He batted .252 on the season with 24 runs scored, five doubles, one triple, one homer and 10 RBIs ... He batted .406 (13-for-32) against left-handed pitching and .571 (4-for-7) with a runner on third and less than two outs ... Also had nine multiple-hit games on the year and two multi-RBI games ... Went 2-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs against Xavier on Feb. 26 ... Was 3-for-4 with a run scored and three RBIs against Georgia Southern on Mar. 18.  2004 Season: Josiah was one of three Buccaneer players to play in and start all 58 games last season ... Batted .286 with five home runs and 32 RBIs ... Also scored 41 runs, hit 14 doubles and was successful on seven-of-eight stolen base attempts ... Had a season-high four hits against The Citadel in the Southern Conference Tournament on May 26, going 4-for-4 with two RBIs ... Also had three hits on four occasions ... Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs on Mar. 14 at Georgia Southern ... Was 3-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs on Apr. 4 against Western Carolina ... Was named the TIAA-CREF Southern Conference Student-Athlete of the Week on Apr. 7 after batting .636 over the previous week with two home runs, five RBIs and three runs scored. Prior to ETSU: Josiah played one season at Winthrop and batted .287 for the Eagles. High School: Set school records at Gibbs High School in Knoxville, Tenn., with 50 single-season hits and a .462 career batting average ... Josiah was an all-state selection following the 1999 and 2000 seasons. Personal: Born on Dec. 27, 1982, Josiah is the son of Steve and Lydia Glafenhein ... His brother Caleb is also a member of the ETSU Baseball team.
