2012 Season
Named A-Sun All-Academic … started in 52 games, primarily at shortstop, while also making 18 appearances (six starts) on the mound … ranked fourth in the country with an 8.33 strikeout-to-walk ratio, while his 0.96 walks allowed per nine innings ranked seventh … earned four wins for the Bucs, including a winning decision against Tennessee on 4/11 at Thomas Stadium … allowed two runs on seven hits in 6.2 innings of work vs. the Vols, while also striking out a season-high seven batters … recorded team-best four saves, while going five straight relief appearances (7.2 IP) from 2/25-3/13 without allowing an earned run …  earned the complete game win over Mercer on 4/22 after allowing two runs (one earned) on six hits and five strikeouts … at the plate, Doane registered 14 multi-hit games (11 two-hit and three three-hit), while generating a 10-game hitting streak from 3/3-17 … was tied for second on the team nine doubles, tied for third in triples (2), and ranked fifth in hits (51) and runs scored (19) … went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a home run, and two RBIs vs. LaSalle on 3/11, while also going 3-for-5 with two RBIs at Furman 4/24.

2011 Season
Started in 56 of the team's 57 games at shortstop for the Bucs...Hit .278 with nine doubles, five home runs and 28 RBIs...Also pitched seven innings, while posting a 2-0 record and a 5.14 ERA...Had a season-best four RBIs in a victory against Appalachian State (4/6)...Also went 3-for-5 with a double in a win over USC Upstate (4/12).
 
2010 Season
Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshmen team after hitting .335 with nine home runs and 58 RBI ... was second on the team with 23 doubles ... made an appearance in all 60 games making 59 starts in the infield ... posted 25 multi-hit games and 16 multi-RBI games ... had a season-best five RBI against SIU Edwardsville (3/12) and USC Upstate (3/19) ... tallied five hits against Radford (3/24) ... scored four runs against SIU Edwardsville (3/12).
 
Prior to ETSU
A three year letterwinner at Nova High School where he played with former Buccaneer Josh Gonzaga for coach Pat McQuaid ... was a member of the 2007 Florida State Championship team in Class 5A .... as a junior Doane was named Second-Team All-County after hitting .371 while striking out 31 with a 1.68 ERA.
