2010 Season: Spent time in left for the Bucs seeing action in 27 games while making 16 starts ... had 10 hits on the year driving four runs ... scored 11 runs and was a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts ... posted two hits against Jacksonville (4/10) ... scored three times against SIU Edwardsville (3/12).
2009 Season: Became an integral part of the outfield by mid-season seeing action in 39 games including 34 starts in right field ... hit .282 with six doubles and 14 RBI ... was a perfect 5-for-5 in stolen bases ... had a team best three stolen bases against Mercer (3/29), which tied the school record for stolen bases in a game ... had ten multi-hit games and three multiple RBI games ... scored a season best three runs three times and drew a team best three walks in a game twice against Campbell (3/20-21) ... drove in three runs against Tennessee Tech (4/15) and High Point (4/26).
High School: A three year letterwinner from Woodward Academy ... Betterson helped the War Eagles advance deep into the playoffs his senior year ... played summer ball for the Georgia Roadrunners coached by Tom Haire who were ranked #1 in the country in 2005-06.
