Appeared in 23 games with one start at Radford...Jacques tied his career high of three strikeouts against West Virginia in 1.1 innings of relief...In his first 3.1 innings, he struck out seven batters with just one walk...Tallied one save at Furman on May 3.
2014 Season
Made 16 appearances (four starts) … tossed 1.1 scoreless innings of relief to earn the win over Longwood (2/17) and earned the win by also posting 1.1 scoreless innings out of the pen vs. The Citadel (4/9) … tied a career high with three strikeouts at Eastern Kentucky (3/18) and at Lipscomb (4/4) … didn’t allow an earned run in seven appearances.
2013 Season
An Atlantic Sun All-Academic member … made 15 appearances (seven starts) in his rookie season for the Bucs … earned his first collegiate win by tossing five innings of one-run ball versus Lipscomb on April 14 … recorded a season high six innings in two outings – vs. Winthrop (March 12) and vs. Kennesaw State (April 26) … posted a season high three strikeouts vs. Seton Hall (Feb. 23), vs. Winthrop (March 12) and vs. Lipscomb … tossed six solid innings where he was charged with two unearned runs against Kennesaw State.

Multi-sport athlete at Somersworth High School in New Hampshire … lettered in baseball, basketball, soccer, and golf … complied a 58-18 team record, while going 20-6 with a 1.20 ERA with the Hilltoppers on the diamond … also hit .400 with five home runs between 2011 and 2012 … named First Team All-State in 2011 and 2012, while receiving Second Team All-State honors in 2010 … selected to the Fosters Daily Democrat Dream Team and also played in the New Hampshire vs. Maine Senior Game … led the Hilltoppers to consecutive state runner-up finishes in 2010 and 2011, while guiding Somersworth to a basketball state championship in 2010-11 … received the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award.
