2021 (Redshirt Senior):  Cady had a breakout year in his final season in Blue and Gold starting in 44 of the team’s 49 games with 33 starts in right field and 11 at DH…Led the team in batting average (.305), runs (35), home runs (14), RBI (44), total bases (107), slugging percentage (.641), and on-base percentage (.401)… Became the second player since 2010 to reach base in 26 games to start the season… He recorded six of his eight career three-hit games during the 2021 campaign and set career single-game highs with two doubles against UNC Asheville (2/27), two home runs at NC Central (3/12), three walks at NC Central (3/13) and recorded six RBI twice (3/5, 3/12)…Went 5-for-6 in stolen base attempts… Was the only player with a five-RBI game (2) and only Buc with eight games two exactly two RBI… His .641 slugging percentage was the best in the league and he was 4th in the SoCon and 75th in the nation in home runs and third in the SoCon and 33rd in D1 with 0.32 home runs per game.

2020 (Senior)*: Appeared in 11 contests and six starts during the shortened season…Concluded the season with a .375 batting average with nine hits in 24 at-bats…Recorded seven RBI and scored eight runs…Logged six walks, two doubles and a triple…Had a 75% stolen base percentage being successful in three of four opportunities…Tallied three multi-hit games (2/23, 3/1, 3/10).

2019 (Junior): Appeared in 50 games with 44 starts — 42 in right field and two in the DH spot ... Slashed .239/.370/.440 with 38 hits, half of which were multi-base hits (11 doubles, three triples, five homers) ... Led the Bucs with 13 stolen bases in 14 attempts, caught stealing in his final attempt of the year ... Stole four bases on opening weekend vs. Iona, swiping two bags in each of the first two games of the season ... Had three games where he drove home three runs, including Clemson, Georgia State and NJIT ... Had a season-high three hits against The Citadel to cap a 4-0 shutout victory.

Prior to ETSU: Transferred from Columbia State Community College after one season, where he played first base, outfield and pitcher for head coach Mike Corn … Batted .295 with 15 homers, 52 RBI and 47 runs in his lone season for the Chargers … Spent his freshman season at Lipscomb as a utility player, making four appearances … Prepped at McCallie School for head coach Greg Payne ... Helped lead the Blue Tornado to a state championship in 2014 where he was named the team's Offensive Player of the Year.
