2022 (Senior): Appeared in 14 games with four starts before suffering an injury ... Hit .353 in his limited action with six hits, five runs scored, eight RBIs, two doubles, and one home run ... 2021 (Junior): Richardson played in 41 games and started in 37 contests for the Blue and Gold in 2021 … Slashed .223/.348/.415 with 10 doubles and five home runs … The starting catcher for the Bucs drove in 23 runs and scored 20 while drawing 24 walks and going 5-for-5 in stolen base attempts … Behind the plate threw out four runners and had just three passed balls … Set a career-high with three doubles vs Radford (3/9) and two stolen bases at UNCG (4/3) … Matched his career high with three hits three times in 2021 and tied his career high with four RBI vs Samford on May 21 … Tied for second on the team with 24 walks and five stolen bases … Named to Buster Posey Award Watch List (3/10).

2020 (Sophomore)*: Was the primary Sunday starting catcher and made six starts and nine appearances in the season … Went 2-for-5 with three RBI in ETSU’s walk-off win over Toledo (2/16) … Hit walk-off HR in the contest which was the first walk-off HR in the Pennucci era … Concluded the season with a .238 average logging five hits in 21 at-bats … Walked five times, and logged four RBI and five runs.

2019 (Freshman): Played in 24 games with 19 starts as a freshman — 14 of which were behind the plate as Jackson Greer's backup ... Crushed a grand slam against Iona for his first collegiate hit in a 14-4 win on Feb. 17 ... Slashed .246/.366/.391 on the season with 17 hits in 69 at-bats, including seven doubles and one homer ... Showed clutch ability in key moments during his rookie campaign, including a two-RBI double in the eighth inning of a 2-1 game at Georgia State, helping ETSU win the series with a 5-1 rubber match victory ... Batted 8-for-14 over a four-game stretch of appearances (March 2 through March 16) to raise his average from .125 to .409 while driving home nine runs in that span ... Caught ETSU's 2-1 win over SoCon regular season champion Samford, where the Bucs recorded 13 strikeouts with Richardson behind the plate.

Prior to ETSU: Caught behind the dish for two seasons at Zionsville Community High School for head coach Jered Moore … Batted .441 over his high school career with 52 RBI, 28 doubles, six triples, and four homers while maintaining a .530 on-base percentage, .763 slugging percentage and a 1.294 OPS … Was a 2017 All-State honorable mention as his team’s MVP … Also received recognition as a 2017 All-USA Indy Super Prep 25 mention, a 2018 second team All-USA Indiana selection, and a Rawlings-Perfect Game Preseason All-America honorable mention both in 2017 and 2018.
