BRISTOL, Tenn. (Sept. 15, 2016) – In preparation for Saturday’s Food City Bucs at Bristol game, the ETSU football team held Thursday’s practice at Bristol Motor Speedway.

The Bucs – who are gearing up for their first Southern Conference game since Nov. 22, 2003 – were able to get familiar with the surroundings of The Last Great Colosseum and get the “Wow” factor out of the way before gameday.

Kickoff for Saturday’s game against Western Carolina is set for 1:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by calling 423-BRISTOL, visiting or by stopping by your local Food City store.

Following practice the media caught up with sophomores Austin Herink (Cleveland, Tenn.) and Dylan Weigel (Pickerington, Ohio) to get their thoughts on playing in such a large venue.

Leading up to gameday, the ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics released the “Five Things to Know” for Saturday’s’ game. Below is the list.
