Bucs open 2022 campaign next Thursday inside Greene Stadium

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 25, 2022) – With ETSU Buccaneer football set to begin its Southern Conference title defense one week from tonight, the ETSU Athletics Department announced its promotional schedule for the five home football games this season. 

ETSU enters the season ranked No. 11 in both major preseason polls after reaching the quarterfinals of the FCS Playoffs a year ago. The Bucs went 11-2 and 7-1 in SoCon play en route to earning their first ever outright Southern Conference title. 

The Bucs open the 2022 season at home next Thursday night when ETSU hosts Mars Hill at 7:30 p.m. inside Greene Stadium.
