ETSU releases details regarding Game Time Tour events

Bucs to make stops in Greeneville, Newport and Knoxville on Tuesday, May 14

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (April 30, 2019)– The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Tuesday that it will hold its sixth annual Game Time Tour, which will feature stops in Greeneville, Newport and Knoxville on May 14.

The Game Time Tour is free to the general public and will be highlighted by question and answer sessions with ETSU football head coach Randy Sanders, women’s basketball head coach Brittney Ezell and men’s basketball head coach Steve Forbes. The tour stops will allow ETSU supporters the opportunity to meet Buccaneer coaches and administrators, receive season ticket information and learn what is taking shape around ETSU Athletics for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.

“The Game Time Tour’s mission is to spread the word about all the positive developments at ETSU, and specifically the excitement surrounding our athletic program,” said ETSU Athletic Director Scott Carter. “We want the Game Time Tour to give our fans and alumni throughout the region an opportunity to come out, meet our coaches, talk with administrators, get excited about Buccaneer athletics and discuss what they can do to help the Bucs succeed.”

Below are the locations of three stops that will take place on Tuesday, May 14.

  • Greeneville: Complimentary breakfast at the Reformation Lutheran Church (400 W. Main Street, Greeneville, TN, 37923) starting at 7:30 a.m. This breakfast is sponsored by the church and the Greene County Sports Council.
  • Newport: Complimentary lunch at West End Baptist Church (116 West End Street, Newport, TN, 37821) starting at 12 p.m. This stop is sponsored by the Newport Kiwanis Club.
  • Knoxville: 6 p.m.,Gettysvue Polo, Golf and Country Club (9317 Linksvue Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922), sponsored by the ETSU Knoxville Alumni Chapter.
